Ms.
Wang has experience participating in intellectual property
law, with an emphasis on preparation and prosecution of patent
applications in electrical and mechanical arts, and trademark
registration. In patent field, Ms. Wang specializes in the
preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications
relating to electronics, semiconductors, telecommunication
systems, computer storage devices, and various mechanical
devices. Duties include: claim drafting, drafting of patent
applications, drafting of amendments/responses, and studies
of patentability.
Before
joining TidyTend, Ms. Wang had worked in USA as a patent agent
for a large US IP law firm for several years. She worked closely
with some senior US patent attorneys in patent prosecution,
and had handled hundreds of patent prosecution cases involving
electrical and mechanical arts. Also, she had worked with
a local IP law firm.
